Rusya’nın Kiev ve Harkiv’e Füze Saldırılarında Ölü Sayısı Yükseliyor
7 Temmuz’dan itibaren Rusya, Ukrayna’nın başkenti Kiev ve çevresi ile Harkiv kentine bir dizi balistik füze ve insansız hava aracı saldırısı düzenledi. Saldırılar sırasında balistik füzelerin kısa sürede hedefe ulaşması nedeniyle hava alarmlarının gecikebildiği bildirildi. Ukrayna hava savunması bazı füzeleri etkisiz hale getirse de isabetler sivil bölgelerde can kaybı ve yangınlara yol açtı. Öte yandan, Rusya yanlısı kaynaklar Donetsk ve Zaporijya bölgelerinde Ukrayna ordusunun saldırıları sonucu ölü ve yaralılar olduğunu aktardı. Bu gelişmeler, Avrupa Birliği yetkililerinin Kiev’i ziyaret ettiği ve diplomatik temasların sürdüğü bir dönemde yaşandı. NATO Zirvesi Öncesi Ukrayna’da Sivil Saldırılar Tırmandı, Onlarca Kayıp
2-4 Temmuz tarihlerinde Rusya’nın Ukrayna’nın Dnipropetrovsk, Herson, Mikolayiv ve Zaporijya bölgelerine düzenlediği saldırılarda en az 11 sivil öldü, 30’dan fazla kişi yaralandı. Ukrayna, Rusya'nın gölge filosunun meşru askeri hedef sayılması için IMO'ya başvurdu
Ukrayna Başbakan Yardımcısı Oleksii Kuleba, Rusya'nın savaş çabalarına destek veren deniz araçlarının, özellikle yaptırımları delmekte kullanılan 'gölge filo'nun, meşru askeri hedef olarak tanınması için Uluslararası Denizcilik Örgütü'ne (IMO) çağrıda bulundu. Kuleba'nın açıklaması, Ukrainska Pravda tarafından Financial Times'a dayandırılarak aktarıldı. Rusya'nın gölge filosu, petrol ihracatına yönelik uluslararası yaptırımları aşmak amacıyla, sigortasız, denetim dışı ve çoğu zaman eski gemilerden oluşan bir ağı ifade ediyor. Çernobil’de nükleer yakıt tesisine Rus drone saldırısı: Ukrayna ‘kasıtlı’ diyor
