UAD'de Gazze davası: Almanya reddi istedi, Nikaragua silah verilerini sundu
Uluslararası Adalet Divanı'nda (UAD) görülen duruşmalarda Almanya, Nikaragua'nın Gazze'de soykırımı kolaylaştırdığı iddiasıyla açtığı davanın reddini talep etti. Almanya heyeti, mahkemenin yargı yetkisi bulunmadığını savunarak Nikaragua'nın suçlamalarını 'hatalı ve çarpıtılmış' olarak niteledi.
