CALAPAN CITY, Oriental Mindoro – Police are seeking the public’s help in locating the suspect who allegedly shot a 22-year-old man in the head in the Occidental Mindoro town of Sablayan on Sunday night (Aug. 30). The Sablayan Municipal Police Station said the shooting incident occurred at 9:50 p.m. at Purok Masipag, Sitio Malunggay, in Barangay
