MANILA, Philippines — The Senate finance subcommittee approved the proposed P2.9-billion 2027 budget of the Department of Budget and Management (DBM) and its attached agencies on Thursday. The endorsement covers the agency’s lump-sum funds, budgetary support for government-owned and controlled corporations, and allocations to local government units.
