Ghana Publishing Company warns fake gazette publishers of arrest, prosecution

The Ghana Publishing Company Limited (GPC) has warned individuals producing fake versions of Ghana’s laws and manipulating gazetted documents that they risk arrest and prosecution. The warning comes as the company introduces digital platforms to improve access to its publications and enable the public to verify the authenticity of official documents. Managing Director of GPC, Dan Kwaku Sibuahite, said some individuals had exploited the company’s limited physical presence across the country to circulate unauthorised versions of Ghana’s laws.
