He said that C-13 was acquired by CDA on 2-12-2008 under the Land Sharing Policy 2007, but neither any plot was allotted to affected people nor payment was released. He said that in 2023, the CDA board decided to relocate land compensation in the shape of a residential plot for the affected of Sector C-13 to Sector C-14, and an advertisement was issued for the affected to submit their claims. Many affected submitted their applications, and despite confirmation by revenue staff that their land was acquired, no allotment was made.
